At Mining Operational Excellence (Mining OE) our goal is to continually improve efficiency and reliability of systems in the mining industry. Right from the exploration to the production stage, mines lost ample amount of time and resources in repeatable and predictable tasks. These tasks could possibly be replaced by a better workflow which would allow resources to focus on their "real job" as opposed to struggling with system related inefficiencies. A well integrated system also helps enable meaningful data at different stages of the process which could be reported effectively and potentially be used to analyse and further improve the system.
